Paul Petrick joined Kincaid Frame & Associates CO., LPA in 2019 and represents clients in healthcare receivables financing, mortgage lending, and commercial leasing. Paul’s experience includes negotiating a variety of credit agreements, loan agreements, notes, intercreditor agreements, guaranty agreements, operations transfer agreements, and many other legal documents.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in history and political science from Kent State University and a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. A Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, Paul gained extensive experience working in the anti-money laundering industry prior to joining Kincaid Frame. Licensed to practice law in Ohio, Washington, D.C. (currently inactive), and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Paul’s work has appeared in over 80 publications.
