Mr. Frame’s typical representations include commercial financings, including asset based loans to healthcare providers, commercial mortgages, debtor-in-possession financings, loan acquisitions and divestments, and complex intercreditor arrangements. A major focus of Mr. Frame’s practice is in the middle market healthcare financing sector, and he has developed strong working relationships with a number of the participants in such sector. Mr. Frame regularly provides advice on loan structuring issues and the interplay between financing arrangements and Medicare and Medicaid regulations. His practical approach to complex and difficult issues is an asset to his to clients.
Mr. Frame received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in political science from Kent State University, and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. While at Case Western, he was the editor-in-chief of The Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine.
Prior to pursuing a legal career, Mr. Frame was a Sergeant in the U.S. Army and served two tours of duty in Iraq.
