Robert Harms joined Kincaid Frame & Associates CO., LPA in 2018, and represents clients in corporate governance issues, healthcare receivables financings, and mortgage lending. Robert has helped clients restructure operating agreements, provided litigation management counsel, and has helped to close several healthcare receivable-backed financings since joining the firm. Robert’s experience includes drafting a variety of corporate governance documents, as well as loan agreements, inter-creditor agreements and operations transfer agreements.
Robert received a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics, each cum laude, from Buffalo State University, and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. While at Case Western, Robert was a senior editor of The Case Western Reserve Law Review. Robert is licensed to practice law in Ohio.
